1. What MuvingIA is
MuvingIA is a platform operated by MuvingIA LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company located at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, that lets you inventory a move with photos, QR code labels, reports, load plans and artificial intelligence. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, be of legal age and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you sign up as a company, you confirm you are authorized to represent it.
3. Plans and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payments and handles returns.
The free plan has the limits published on muvingia.com. Family passes are paid once per move and are valid for the period shown at purchase. Company plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; cancellation applies to the next billing period.
Prices are in US dollars unless another currency is shown, may include applicable taxes for your location, and may change for future purchases. Refunds follow our refund policy. Promotions, such as the free Moving Pass for the first 100 families, apply under their own conditions and may end when they run out.
3a. MuvingIA Cloud and data retention
MuvingIA Cloud is an annual or monthly subscription that keeps your inventory, photos, search, locations and history with no expiration date while it is active. It renews automatically and you can cancel at any time; cancellation applies to the next billing period.
Without Cloud, when your pass or free plan ends (6 months after you created the move), you get 60 days to view everything read-only. After that, photos are hidden and permanently deleted 12 months later. We will email you before hiding them and before deleting them, and you can always download your reports and photos for free. Your text inventory is kept for as long as you have an account.
4. Your content
What you record (inventories, photos, data) is yours. You allow us to store, process and show it to the people you authorize, only to provide the service. We do not use it for other purposes without your permission.
5. Reference information, not professional advice
HS tariff codes, estimated values and weights, specifications and load plans shown in MuvingIA are for reference and may contain errors, especially those generated by artificial intelligence. They do not replace advice from a customs broker, a carrier, an insurer or a physical check. MuvingIA is not a moving company, carrier, insurer or customs broker.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use MuvingIA for illegal activities, to record prohibited goods, to access other people's accounts or moves, to send spam through invitations, or to try to harm the platform. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or failures. We recommend downloading your reports before key moments of your move.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MuvingIA is not liable for loss, damage or delay of the items in your move, or for decisions made based on the reference information on the platform. Our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@muvingia.com.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights granted by the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
